Privacy policy

How we handle your data when you visit kintur.com or get in touch. Last updated: September 2026.

Who is responsible

Kintur is the data controller for the personal data you provide through this website. You can reach us at contacto@kintur.com with any question about your data.

What we collect

We only collect two kinds of data:

  • What you give us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, company, the service you're interested in and any message you write.
  • Website usage data through Google Analytics 4, and only if you accept cookies: pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate country and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised.

We don't collect special categories of data and we don't carry out automated profiling with legal effects.

What we use it for

  • Responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing and sending you a proposal.
  • Sending you commercial communications about our services, if you consented. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it, in aggregated and anonymous form.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form or accept analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries you initiate. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

How long we keep it

Contact data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the period legally required to address potential liabilities. If you ask us to delete it and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We do use providers who process it on our behalf:

  • HubSpot as our CRM, where form submissions are stored.
  • Google Analytics 4 for web analytics, only with your consent.
  • Hostinger as our hosting provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you explicitly accept them in the notice shown on arrival. If you choose "Essential only", Google Analytics is not activated.

  • Technical or necessary: required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. No consent needed.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): measure site usage in aggregate. These require your consent, which you can revoke by clearing site data in your browser.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to contacto@kintur.com. We respond within one month.

If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date in the header. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
